The BodyWorx facility is designed as an individual personal training facility. Our 5000 square foot facility is capable of accommodating all of your health and fitness needs. When you train at BodyWorx we do everything for you except lift the weights. We want you to have a premier experience that you can come to expect from a top level personal training facility.

Personal Training is our specialty and there are several packages to choose from. Half hour and hour sessions are available. Bodyworx also offers a variety of classes and programs suited for everyone. From Bootcamps, Fat Loss Challenges and Personal One on One Training we can find the right program to help you attain your fitness goals.


Personal Training

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING:

BodyWorx chooses a style of training, called functional training, to maximize results. Functional training is the best way to train your body as it strengthens your core, prevents injuries, creates inner balance, and helps to relieve past injuries.

ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING:

Your training sessions are one on one with no interruptions. We are prepared for your session and maximize your workout very time to guarantee that is efficient and productive.

PERSONAL TRAINING:

Choosing a personal trainer can be a difficult task, but we make it easy. With a combined experience of over 20 years in the health & fitness industry our clients always receive the highest level of training. All you need to bring to your training session is your determination and we at BodyWorx will do the rest.

Boot Camp

If you’re looking for the ultimate addition to your workout or if you just starting out and want to learn we’ve got the program for you!  Our bootcamps are designed for everyone.  No experience necessary!  Whether it’s your first time in the gym or you’re an athlete looking to boost your workout,  our bootcamp is tailored for EVERYONE! Call today for more details.   Class times: Check out the class schedule page.   We’re always willing to accommodate so if you’re looking for a different time let us know.  We require at least six people to begin a new class.  If you put together a group of six or more you will get your package for ½ price!  

Cost: $59 per month (includes a gym membership).

Speed, Agility, and Conditioning for Kids

Take your athlete to the next level! Increase speed, improve game transitions, raise endurance levels. We train using all of the modern resistance, plyometric and core balance techniques and drills.

BodyWorx has had years of experience training athletes to achieve their maximum performance levels. With our motivating and experienced coaches you’ll find that your athlete with reach new heights in their conditioning and development.

 

Play faster, harder, smarter!

Participants will participate in speed drills, endurance style sports related drills, core strength and co-ordination drill and more….
