Coming to Bodyworx has been one of the best experiences of my life! The staff can not do enough for you and the equipment is superb. However, I definitely could not have done this if it was not for my trainer, Tania! I have been training for over a year now with Tania, and each session is more challenging and more fun. She has taught me that giving up is something you can not do, and that you can seriously do anything if you put your mind to it! Walking into Bodyworx was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had been extremely overweight for many years and wasn’t sure that I could make the commitment needed to get my health back on track. I had no idea where to even start with the process as I hadn’t set foot in a gym in years. I immediately felt comfortable and established a great rapport with Tania who went out of her way to always say hi and wave and she made me feel welcome. I have learned so much from Tania. She taught me that small changes lead to big changes if you are consistent and willing to put in the work. The simplest things like changing my daily double double coffee to black coffee and changes in eating habits as well as eating certain foods together really have a big impact. Making smart choices and better decisions isn’t always easy but I can’t deny that it pays off big time. The results have been more than I ever expected. To date I have lost over 100 pounds and no longer take medications and my diabetes is completely controlled with diet and exercise. Having Tania’s constant support and encouragement and knowing that she believes in me has made all the difference and gives me the drive to continue my journey.

It’s been almost 2 years since I joined Bodyworx. Before starting, my wife had just passed away from battling cancer and we were raising three kids. Everyday was challenging for so many reasons and every day was never planned for we never knew what was going to happen with my wife’s health. I started training with Tania twice a week and quickly found myself in a whole new positive world. She not only showed me how to build physical strength, but helped build my mental strength. For I gained a whole new confidence, found myself standing up straight instead of slouching or looking down at the path ahead of me. Found myself moving forward with life and even a bounce in my step. Before joining BodyWorx I was only 173lbs and you could see my bone structure from missing daily meals and stress. Tania taught me about eating properly and nutrition and how food affects our body. Since starting at BodyWorx I have a whole new outlook on food and nutrition, and love trying new healthy recipes. I was looking for some extra football training for my 12 year old son to increase his speed and overall conditioning. Bodyworx was great! The trainers, Tania and Dee, kept the kids focused and pushed them to their limits while motivating them along the way. My son will tell you that the classes were not easy but worth it. We just returned home from playing in the FootBall University National Championship in San Antonio Texas. We both noticed a huge difference with his speed on the football field which helped our team Ontario bring home a win! That was the best reward for him after all that hard work and extra training! This is a training program that will produce results - all you have to do is show up! Thanks again – I couldn’t be more satisfied.

It is not often that I agree to provide testimonials but in the case of BodyWorx, I was more than pleased to accept. The pace and stress of the Corporate environment can really take a toll on the body and spirit and at the urging of my wife, I elected to give this training studio a try last summer. Within a few short months, I could feel the positive benefits. Colleagues remarked that not only my physique but my outlook was noticeably improving. I can’t say enough about BodyWorx. BodyWorx has helped me get my life on track. I have lost 18 1/2 pounds and over 15″ in just 18 sessions and I am ecstatic. My name is Todd and I have been overweight most of my life. I started coming to Bodyworx in December 2005. I in came looking for specific help to get me back on my exercise program after a year and a half recovering from a serious motorcycle accident. Before the accident I was working out almost everyday, but just doing cardio. Bodyworx helped me realize the importance of combining a weight training program with regular cardio to maximize my results. Over the past seven months I have lost 75lbs and increased my strength considerably. My trainer has taught me dozens of new exercises and ways to keep my workouts exciting and beneficial. It has been a great experience so far and I would highly recommend their program.

I though I would take a moment and let you know how much I truly value my time at Bodyworx. In the beginning I came because I had too, not because I wanted to. Now I can’t fathom the thought of Bodyworx being excluded from my everyday life, and only wish I could find time to come more than my twice a week schedule. In 2003 I underwent a moderately serious medical procedure. But what was suppose to be only a two week recovery period turned into four months of discomfort and aggravating inconvenience. By the end, I was an emotional and physical wreck. I became angry with myself and decided that when I recovered, as my doctors had promised I would, I would make some specific changes to my life. One of these was to exercise on a regular basis. (I was by no means overweight and, prior to the operation, had become accustomed to walking over four miles every day; even so, I definately needed to be re-energized). I tried one brand name fitness organization only to quickly realize that the facility was more interested in profit than the welfare of its clients. I next turned to Bodyworx. While I never intended to engage in workouts for more than a few weeks, I have in fact carried on ever since. For years I have been considering joining a gym again in order to get back into shape. I’d looked at and considered all the usual options in London. When I met Scott and his BodyWorx team I immediately felt comfortable and knew it was time to start that long delayed fitness program. The facilities are clean and spacious and well illuminated. After running the Boston Marathon in April, I quickly fell out of my boring old running and workout schedule. By the end of the summer, I was anxious to get back into a regular fitness routine but the thought of resuming my old program did not appeal to me — I was looking for something different; something more exciting. So I decided to try the Bodyworx 21 Day Challenge and it was exactly what I was looking for! The Bootcamp classes are fun, high intensity and a refreshing change of pace from my old fitness routine. The circuit-style classes are challenging and the instructors are attentive, ensuring that you maintain proper form with each different exercise. There is a strong emphasis on building core strength and my fitness level very quickly improved. I now have a renewed enthusiasm to return to running and I have continued on with the Bootcamp classes for its cross-training benefits. I would definitely recommend Bodyworx Bootcamp classes to anyone who is looking to prevent injuries from repetitive type exercise, such as running, or anyone looking to re-energize their fitness routine.

I’ve always considered myself a healthy, active person. Over the years, other than playing volleyball, I became ‘too busy’ for exercise. With two children, my life is full of other responsibilities and a focus on their needs. I was travelling frequently for work, often eating out in restaurants and skipping the hotel gym since I was too tired from the commute and business meetings. I would look through my closet full of clothes that used to fit and realize that my selections were limited. How did this happen? I decided to take action and find a program that would help me get back on track, strengthen my body and help me lose the pounds that I had gained.

I found BodyWorx through Groupon and decided to try it out. Over a year later, I still love these classes! I have participated in two 21 day challenges and have experienced great results. I have increased my strength, lost 15 pounds and watched my wardrobe options increase as I lost inches. I look forward to each session and the times work well with my schedule. When I began attending Boot Camp, I quickly realized that I was out of shape. As the weeks went by and I continued to attend the classes, I could feel the improvement in my energy, my strength and my health. Dee, Scott and Tania have helped me reach my goals while also pushing me to exceed my expectations. I love how each class is different and I am constantly learning new exercises and ways to increase the difficulty of the exercise as I improve. The other thing that I love about these classes is that the group does not do the same exercises together at the same time. Unlike other workout classes where everyone is following the instructor and doing the same thing, each individual in the class is doing their own station/exercise. This makes it a very comfortable environment and allows you to focus on your own progress without worrying about other people watching you (especially if you are new or you struggle with an exercise).

Two and a half years ago I joined Bodyworx and the Bootcamp classes. I had gained weight due to a back injury and found out my cholesterol was slightly elevated. I knew it was time to get back in shape.

I was not sure I could keep up in a fitness class but the Trainers assured me I could go at my own pace. As the weeks went by and true to their word, my fitness level improved and my weight began to drop.

The Bootcamp classes have a variety of cardio and strength exercises and the Trainers are vigilant you perform the correct technique for each exercise. They are excellent at modifying the exercises if you have any physical limitations.

Over two years have passed and I still find the Bootcamp classes challenging and have seen immense progress in my overall fitness level. I have maintained my weight loss of over 40 pounds and gained overall muscle strength, stability, balance and improved cardio fitness.

I am in my mid 60’s and I feel I am in the best overall shape of my life.
