What 1:1 Personal Training includes

  • Individualized training program - created specifically for you.  With your current fitness level and goals in mind.

  • Safe and private studio -  where you train with only you and your trainer.  No gym members or other clients are in the space while you are training

  • Communication with your trainer even when you’re not in the gym - Whether you’re on vacation or on work trips, your trainer will create a custom workout for you while away. 

  • meal planning specific to your goals

What’s included in your package:

  • Customized digital training program - Created specifically for you with your current fitness level and goals in mind.  Whether you’re taking your training into a gym or staying at home with limited equipment, we’ll create the perfect workout for you.  Each exercise will also have a video to go along with it so you’ll never have to guess.

  • track and share workouts with your trainer - your customized workout is accessible on all of your digital devices (phone/computer/watch) so you’ll always have access to your programming

  • Weekly check ins with your trainer - we’ll use your tracked workout to adjust your programming according to your  progress

  • Open communication with your trainer throughout your programming.        

  • Menu planning specific to you and your goals
