Coming from a background of being submerged around obesity she focused her lifestyle around teaching people proper techniques to become stronger people both mentally and physically. Along with the ability to train people of all levels of fitness, Tania also focuses attention on nutrition and diet as an integral part of your programming. Whether it’s to lose weight or gain muscle, she will help you with some key concepts for success.
She plays competitive volleyball and is a volunteer coach for OVA Competitive Division 1 youth divisions. The impact of teaching kids how to maintain healthy, strong bodies is an immeasurable benefit of the job. Focusing many hours of training youth throughout the city in sport specific SAQ and Conditioning including the conditioning coach for London Football Academy, Forest City Volleyball Club Teams, and the London Sharks Competitive Club and Developmental programs. Being a mother of two, she understands the commitment required to find the time and energy to focus on yourself!
