We’ve gone back to our roots as a private training studio. With over 15 years of experience, we’re here to help. Whether you’re looking for personal training or have a youth athlete working on sport-specific goals, BodyWorx has the right program tailored specifically for you.
BodyWorx Fitness Centre will be closing on January 31st, 2019 after 15 years! Summit Properties as decided to repurpose the gym space and will not be keeping a fitness facility in the Talbot Center and so will not be renewing our lease.

Summer is ramping up, and with 3 tournaments already under their belts, BodyWorx beach volleyball athletes are well into their season. We’re running beach clinics Tuesdays and Thursdays on the beaches, and hold-ing ‘in-gym’ sessions for strength and conditioning Monday and Wednesdays.
As a woman myself, I understand the hesitations about using the weight room. The machines can seem complicated and there are typically more men than women, which can feel a bit intimidating.
